Welcome to International Bride Groom (IBG). By creating an account, accessing, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a member.
Marital Status: You must be legally single, divorced, widowed, or legally separated. Married individuals are strictly prohibited from registering for individual matchmaking.
Legal Capacity: You confirm that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Profile Creation & Verification

To ensure platform safety and genuine matchmaking:

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
IBG reserves the right to request government-issued identification, photos, or contact verification to award verification badges.
Creating false profiles, impersonating others, or providing misleading background details will result in immediate profile termination without a refund.

3. Code of Conduct & Anti-Scam Rules

As an inclusive global platform, IBG strictly enforces zero tolerance for abuse, fraud, or inappropriate behavior. Members agree NOT to:

Solicit financial assistance, money transfers, or investments from other members.
Post offensive, hate speech, vulgar, racist, or sexually explicit content.
Harass, stalk, intimidate, or spam other members.
Share or redistribute private contact details or photos of other members without explicit consent.

4. Membership Plans & Payments

Free Silver Tier: Provides basic browsing and profile creation capabilities.
Paid Tiers (Gold & Platinum): Grant enhanced communication privileges, direct contact access, and personalized matchmaking services.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are strictly personal and cannot be assigned or transferred to another individual.

5. Wedding Vendor Ecosystem Disclaimer

IBG provides a directory connecting members with certified wedding service providers (planners, photographers, caterers, etc.). IBG acts solely as a connecting platform and is not liable for agreements, contract performance, or financial disputes arising between members and independent third-party vendors.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is paramount. Personal details and profile visibility are governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain full control over photo blur settings and contact visibility through your profile settings dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

While IBG employs safety screening measures, we do not guarantee a successful marriage outcome or warrant that every profile detail provided by users is 100% accurate. Members are advised to exercise standard personal safety precautions when communicating with matches or meeting in person.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
